Dalton Center - WMU - Kalamazoo, MI
Renowned for their unearthly vocal blend and virtuosic ensemble singing, the four women of Anonymous 4 combine historical scholarship with performance intuition to create their magical sound. Enchanted by their live performances and their eighteen recordings, Anonymous 4's listeners have bought nearly two million copies of the group's albums. Their newest program is a return to the heart of their favorite century and to a repertoire that proves that medieval women could, and did, sing the most complex polyphony written in the Gothic era.
